Participation reception and on the day ticket sales

Reception location and time

The reception on the day at JJF2017 will change depending on the time. Please confirm the time together with your expected arrival.
* There may be a brief period of time required in between changes of location. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

- Pre-registered applicants for JJF2017 are asked to view the below details.

JJF2017 participation passes

For this year, pre-registration purchased and issued through confetti during the pre-registration period are used as-is as JJF2017 participation passes.
Participants who have pre-registered are asked to print their tickets before arriving at the venue.
If you do not have a Seven-Eleven convenience store located nearby, we ask that you please complete payment in advance via credit and print your ticket at a Seven-Eleven in Fukuoka.

Reception process

A reception for participants is located within the venue, so please display your ticket there.
(Those under 18 are requested to present proof of their age.)
We will hand you the ticket collection half of the ticket together with a pass case.
Please put this half of the ticket in the pass case and keep it with you at all times within the venue.
Members of staff within the venue will check that all participants are able to present their pass.
We ask that you cooperate with instructions given by the staff.

Notes

A participation pass or ticket cannot be reissued if it is lost. Please take care to keep it with you at all times.
JJF2017 participation passes and guest stage tickets cannot be given to a third party.
For presale tickets, applicant names from the time of application are written on participation passes and tickets, so these can only apply to the applicant themselves.
