*Early Bird Registration: When you apply for the festival before on September 20, 2002, you can join the festival cheaper than applying on the date or later. If you apply on the date or later, the cost becomes more expensive (as you can see above) and some forms will be handed out on the festival day. We recommend you to apply as soon as possible.
*Participants under 18 years old need to send a photocopy of their student ID cards with application forms and bring identification cards on the festival day.
*Helpers, infants: If festival participants need helpers, they can bring one helper with them for free. (But if the helper also participates in the festival, he or she needs to pay, too.) Infants and kids under 0-5 years old can enter as long as their parents or guardians are festival participants.
*The cost above does not include your cost for meals, accommodation, and transportation.
*Visitors: Some of the seats on the second floor will be open to anyone for free.

TODOROKI ARENA
Todoroki arena is a gymnasium located in Todoroki green area faces the Tama River in Kanagawa Prefecture. It has been used as a place for big sport events. For JJF 2002, the main arena is used. Inside the Todoroki Arena, you can find restaurants, restrooms, shower rooms and other facilities. On the second floor, there are seats for spectators. Some seats will be open for anyone who would like to enjoy watching the festival.
The nearest train station is either “Musashikosugi station” (Tokyu-touyoko line), which takes about 30 minutes on foot, or “Musashinakahara station” (JR nanbu line), about 15 minutes on foot. There are buses going to the arena from Musashikosugi station and JR Kawasaki station, but the number of buses is limited.
In case you come
from western part of Japan by Tokai-do bullet train, it would be cheaper and
faster to get off at Shin-Yokohama.
