FACILITY

Please avoid asking Todoroki Arena directly about JJF 2002, since they don’t have any information about the festival. If you have any questions, please ask JJF 2002 committee

TODOROKI ARENA

Todoroki arena is a gymnasium located in Todoroki green area faces the Tama River in Kanagawa Prefecture. It has been used as a place for big sport events. For JJF 2002, the main arena is used. Inside the Todoroki Arena, you can find restaurants, restrooms, shower rooms and other facilities. On the second floor, there are seats for spectators. Some seats will be open for anyone who would like to enjoy watching the festival.

The nearest train station is either “Musashikosugi station” (Tokyu-touyoko line), which takes about 30 minutes on foot, or “Musashinakahara station” (JR nanbu line), about 15 minutes on foot. There are buses going to the arena from Musashikosugi station and JR Kawasaki station, but the number of buses is limited.

In case you come from western part of Japan by Tokai-do bullet train, it would be cheaper and faster to get off at Shin-Yokohama.

6-2-19, Minami Karasuyama, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, Japan

There are restaurants inside Todoroki Arena and you can also find food shops around the arena. Ten minutes’ walk from the arena will take you to a convenience store. (kind of like a small grocery store) Please plan to eat out or bring your own food during the JJF festival. Eating inside the arena is prohibited. If you would like to eat something, please go to the seats on the second floor.

Accommodations

We don’t handle accommodations, but we can tell you about nearby possibilities. Please reserve rooms yourself.

Requests to protect the arena

Please be careful to protect the arena, especially the floor! Please cover the screws and the washers at the end of your juggling clubs and/or devil sticks to protect the floor from damage.

Please perform cigar box or shaker cups on the place covered with sheets.

Fire juggling and hitting any building, ceiling, and floor inside the compound of Todoroki arena is prohibited. No knives, bowling balls, and unicycles are permitted in the arena. The use of fire inside Todoroki green area, which is around Todoroki arena, is also prohibited.
