JJF2013 Policy regarding suspension of the festival
Policy regard the suspension of the festival due to extenuating circumstances is detailed below:
・In the event of the venue becoming unusable due to events such as natural disasters or power outages, cancellation of the event may be announced up to one week prior to the opening of the festival.
・Should the above situation occur, the JJF participation fee, venue-based accommodation expenses, and the guest stage fee minus a 500 yen processing fee will be returned to each participant.
・Japanese Juggling Association fees will not be returned, as covered in articles 2 and 12 of the Japanese Juggling Association’s articles of association.
・Accommodation expenses and travel expenses made independently of the JJF will not be compensated.
・Decisions regarding the cancellation of the guest stage and championship will be announced one week prior to the opening of the festival.
*JJF2013 is currently expected to be held as planned.
